Audrone Janavičiutė
Audrone Janaviciute is a lecturer at the Computer Science Department and a researcher at Real Time Computer Centre at the Faculty of Informatics, Kaunas University of Technology. She received her MSc degree in Informatics in 2000 and doctor of Informatics Engineering degree in 2006 at Kaunas University of Technology. Her research interests are business information technology, business data modelling, decision support systems, smart environments, healthy ageing, Future Internet, and Internet of Things. Dr. Audrone Janaviciute has participated in more than 9 international and national research projects as researcher and project manager, has published 13 papers in reviewed journals and conference proceedings and is co-author of 1 patent.

Lina Užienė
Dr Lina Užienė is an associate professor at School of Economics and Business, KTU. She is a director of Management Study Programmes at the University. Since 2005 she holds Ph.D degree in Management and Business Administration. Since 2009 she works as an associate professor. In 2014 she received academic title of Assoc. Professor from KTU. She is one of the coordinators of Open Innovation Research Cluster at the University, responsible for the research stream on open innovation measurement and metrics. Her current research focuses on national policy making based on effective management of intellectual resource and development of innovation-oriented infrastructures. Her latest research has been implemented within the project “AISTIS - Open Innovation Ecosystems: Enabling Interactions of Technological, Institutional and Social Constituents” (2015-2017) under the national science program Welfare Society. She is a member of several scientific committees and bodies responsible for the development of methodologies and transfer of knowledge from educational systems to business practice, such as Baltic Management Development Association, International Society for Professional Innovation Management, International Association of Knowledge Management, Intellectual Capital Accreditation Association, the New Club of Paris, KM4Dev and others. She acts as national and international expert on innovation policy and intellectual capital management, is an author of more than 30 academic publications, books and chapters, a mentor and an inspirational speaker to promote innovation leadership via educational forums and platforms.

Romualdas Požėra
Romualdas Požėra is a chief expert on strategic planning at IT centre of State Enterprise Centre of Registers. He received his MSc diploma of physics in 1976 and doctor of semiconductor physics degree in 1983 at Vilnius University. Romualdas Požėra is engaged in SECR activities on public sector digital transformation, e-services, implementation of Open and Big Data solutions, is a member of several related Task Forces and Committees.

Romualdas Petraitis
Romualdas Petraitis the strategist, visioner, mentor, consultant, technology transfer expert, initiator and expert of the global projects, initiator and coordinator of academic, business and public sector cooperation, moderator of international events in the area of Digital Economy.
His main activities interests include: project analyst at the Faculty of Informatics I Centre of Real Time Computer at the KTU Kaunas University of Technology; expert on strategic planing at the State Enterprise Centre of Registers acting in the areas of Big data, IoT, Cloud computing solutions, and e-Health;
Chairman of the Board of the Baltic Tech Park; Chairman of the Board of the Cloud Computing Center; Chairman of the Board of the Lithuanian innovation and technology institute; Member of the Board of the Swiss-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce; Member of the Project Management Association of Lithuania.

Patric Ljung
Patric Ljung received his M.S. degree in Information Technology from Linköping University in 2000 and the PhD degree (2006) in Scientific Visualization from the Department of Science and Technology (ITN) at Linköping University.
Prior to his M.S. studies, 1989-1995, he worked with software engineering for technical and high availability systems in the industry. After his PhD, 2007-2013, he worked as research scientist and project manager at Siemens Corporation, Corporate Research, in Princeton, N.J., U.S.A., where his work included medical visualization tools and rigorous quality management. He had the role as technical lead for several R&D projects. He has published over 40 peer-reviewed academic papers and contributed with seven patents. Dr. Ljung joined the Media and Information Technology (MIT) division in October 2013 and holds a faculty position as senior lecturer and is the head of the immersive visualization group. He is also the director of C-research, a center that coordinates research in visualization and the use of visualization in research with Norrköping Visualization Center C, of which C-research is a member and there represents Linköping University.

Arianit Kurti
Arianit Kurti, PhD is a studio director at Interactive Institute Swedish ICT in Norrköping.
Dr. Kurti’s research interests are within the areas of mobile systems and pervasive and ubiquitous computing, especially in exploring the use of contextual information for designing and developing innovative services and applications in specific domains. One of the most researched application domain has been the field of technology enhances learning. He has also a strong interest in research cooperation with industry in the field of user engagement, requirements engineering, usability and accessibility studies, interaction design and visualization. Furthermore he has been the project leader for multiple nationally funded as well as EU funded research project in the past years. His research activities are funded by Swedish Knowledge Foundation (KKS), EU commission (EACEA), STINT, Vinnova etc.
Prior joining Interactive Institute Swedish ICT, Dr. Kurti has been working in academia in four different universities in three different countries. He was working as associate professor at the Department of Computer Science at Linnaeus University. Prior he worked at South East European University (Macedonia) from where he also holds a title of Docent in Computer Science. Before that he briefly worked at Blekinge Institute of Technology while his academic career started at University of Prishtina (Kosovo).
Dr. Kurti also teaches courses at master level on web and mobile development and agile development practices at Linnaeus University.

Nikolaj Goranin
Assoc. Prof. Nikolaj Goranin has received a PhD degree at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) in 2010 on the topic of malware evolution modelling by the means of genetic algorithms. Currently he is the Assoc.Prof. at the Department of Information Systems and teaches information technology security, network security, cyber forensics and information security management courses for master degree courses. Also holds the position of the head of Research Laboratory of Security of Information Technologies and the position of vice-dean for research at Faculty of Fundamental Sciences, which covers both scientific research and international cooperation coordination. Has performed training at Joint Research Center IPSC Cyber Security laboratory in 2004. The Nikolaj Goranin has a job experience as a system administrator, Chief Information Security Officer, FP6 and EU structural funds project coordinator. Currently also works as a security consultant at level 1 (according to VISA classification) service provider (responsible for PCI DSS compliance and certification). Keeps CISA and CISM certifications, responsible at ISACA Lithuania Chapter for academic relations. Has published more than 30 articles and books on information security.

Artūras Kaklauskas
PhD DrSc A. Kaklauskas is a professor at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, in Lithuania; Director of the Research Institute of Smart Building Technologies; Head of the Department of Construction Economics and Property Management; laureate of the Lithuanian Science Prize; member of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences and editor of Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, an international journal. He contributed to nine Framework and four Horizon 2020 programmes projects and participated in over 30 other projects in the EU, US, Africa and Asia. The Belarusian State Technological University (Minsk, Belarus) awarded him an Honorary Doctorate in 2014. His publications include nine books and 121 papers in Web of Science Journals;. Fifteen PhD students successfully defended their theses under his supervision. The Web of Science H-Index of Prof. A. Kaklauskas is 24. Web of Science Journals have cited him 1877 times and average citations per article - 15.51. His areas of interest include affective computing, opinion mining, intelligent decision support systems, life cycle analyses of built environments, energy, climate change, resilience management, healthy houses, sustainable built environments, big data and text analytics, intelligent tutoring systems, intelligent library, internet of things, etc

Artūras Serackis
Artūras Serackis is a professor in the Department of Electronic Systems at VGTU. He received his Bachelor diploma of Electronics Engineering in 2002, MSc of Electronics Engineering in 2004 and doctor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree in 2008 at VGTU. In 2012 he received an Assoc. Professor title and in 2017, Professor title at VGTU. He was a member of organizing committee in various international conferences, such as NORCHIP, EMD, ICDIPC, MIKON, SPS. Main research interests include real-time image and signal processing, development and application of intelligent systems. He has published more than 50 papers in reviewed journals and conference proceedings, a monograph in the field of intelligent electronic systems and two textbooks. A. Serackis has successfully finished nine research and development projects, was a supervisor of successfully defended PhD thesis, currently supervising four PhD students, is a Senior member of IEEE and is a Chair of IEEE Lithuania Section Signal Processing Society/Computational intelligence Society/Communication Society joint chapter.

Justinas Janulevičius
Dr. Justinas Janulevicius has defended his PhD thesis on „Method of Information Security Risk Analysis for Virtualized System“ in 2016 and currently keeps the position of Assoc. Prof. at the Department of Information Systems and position of researcher at the Research Laboratory of Security of Information Technologies. His main research interests include information security modelling, enterprise architecture analysis, risk assessment, information security management. Results of Dr. Janulevicius' research have been presented in international conferences as well as proceedings and other publications. Actively participates in international collaboration programs, exchange visits.

Darius Plonis
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Darius Plonis is an associate professor in the Department of Electronic Systems and director of Institute of Telecommunication at VGTU. He received his Bachelor diploma of Electronics Engineering in 2008, MSc of Electronics Engineering in 2010 and doctor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree in 2014 at VGTU. In 2017 he received an Assoc. Professor title at VGTU. He was a member of organizing committee in various international conferences, such as “eStream” (2015 – 2017), “AIEEE” (2014 – 2017). He is editorial committee member of journal “Electrical, Control and Communication Engineering”. Main research interests include electromagnetic field theory, super-high frequency technologies, microwave devices and intelligent systems. He has published more than 20 papers in reviewed journals and conference proceedings in the field of electromagnetic field theory, super-high frequency technologies, signal processing, multimedia, embedded systems and intelligent electronic systems. D. Plonis has successfully finished 3 research and development projects, is a member of the IEEE and is a Secretary of IEEE Lithuania Section.

Vilma Purienė
Vilma Purienė is a Head of Knowledge and technology transfer centre at VGTU. She has extensive experience in national and international project management, IPR management, R&D commercialisation and innovation scouting. She is an Innovation policy expert and participated in the design and implementation of EU and national (State) research and innovation policy. She worked for more than 8 years in the Ministry of Economy of Lithuania and was responsible for the State Innovation policy formation. Areas of expertise: demand driven innovation policy, IPR, commercialization, science & business cooperation, clusters, innovative SMEs and innovation support infrastructure policies.
